OMAC Talent Management NYFW Times Square Photoshoot: Tracie Springer Steals the Spotlight.

We had an electrifying time during our Times Square photoshoot with the stunning and talented Tracie L. Springer, a multifaceted force in the world of fashion, education, and community service. Our OMAC models had the pleasure of capturing some incredible shots alongside Tracie, who also jumped in for a few captivating photos of her own. Not only did she light up the camera, but she brought an infectious energy that reminded everyone of her inspiring journey and the significant impact she has made in her community and beyond.

Tracie's Remarkable Journey

Tracie L. Springer M.ED has worn many hats throughout her career, each more impressive than the last. She was the Executive Director and Affiliate Founder of Dress for Success Allentown501c3 in Pennsylvania, where she championed the cause of women's empowerment for seven years. Her nonprofit organization made a substantial difference, assisting close to 500 women with professional attire, career development tools, and workshops aimed at making a strong first impression. Tracie was more than just a director; she was a beacon of hope, organizing fashion shows, plays like "For Colored Girls," and speaking at schools like the Executive Academy.

Beyond Dress for Success, Tracie served as an Allentown Human Relations Commissioner and was a dedicated board member at the YWCA of Bethlehem for six years. During her time there, she spearheaded one of the YWCA's leading initiatives, the "Annual Prom Dress Day," providing young women with the opportunity to feel beautiful on their special night. Tracie's dedication to community service is a testament to her unwavering commitment to empowering others.

Academic and Fashion Excellence

Tracie's influence extends into the academic world as well; she currently serves as an Academic Advisor at Northampton Community College, guiding over 200 students as they navigate their educational paths. Her passion for fashion and education intersect in her roles as an instructor for fashion, academic, and business courses at various colleges, where she continues to inspire the next generation of creatives.

As a costume designer, Tracie's work has graced both stage and screen. She was the brilliant mind behind the costumes for the NYC Off-Broadway play "Faith Under Fire," which also premiered at ESU this year. She has styled actors and actresses for prestigious events, including Debbi Morgan at the NAACP Awards, and designed costumes for the Emmy-winning actor Cyphus Jones in one of his early films, "Naked Acts," celebrating its 20th anniversary. Her portfolio also includes the costume design for the Professional Performing Arts Schools NYC production of "Little Shop of Horrors."
