Terms of Service

OMAC Talent Management ("OMAC," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Oscar Modeling and Acting Coaching LLC, provides a talent management platform connecting models, actors, and creators with casting directors, production companies, and clients. OMAC acts as a talent manager. OMAC is not a licensed employment agency or talent agency. Talent seeking employment-agency services, including in California where the Talent Agencies Act applies, should also engage a duly licensed talent agent; OMAC's management services do not replace licensed agency representation.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. Minors may participate only through a parent or legal guardian, who must create and manage the account, provide all information, and accept these Terms on the minor's behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

OMAC does not guarantee auditions, submissions, bookings, engagements, or employment of any kind. Representation and use of the platform do not assure that you will receive opportunities or income.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) ensure that all materials you upload or provide — including photographs, videos, résumés, and biographies — are owned by you or that you have all rights necessary to share them; and (c) keep your profile information up to date.

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to OMAC ("Talent Materials"). By providing Talent Materials, you grant OMAC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and transmit the Talent Materials solely for purposes of submitting and promoting you for roles, projects, and engagements, and operating the Services. This license ends when your relationship with OMAC ends, except for materials already submitted to third parties in the course of representation.

OMAC charges no upfront, application, signing, or membership fees to talent. OMAC is compensated solely through commissions as set out in a separately signed management agreement. No commission is owed unless and until you sign a management agreement with OMAC.

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) upload content that infringes the rights of others or is defamatory, obscene, or harassing; (d) attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the platform; or (e) misrepresent your affiliation with OMAC.

Either party may terminate the Services relationship as provided in the applicable management agreement or, where none exists, by written notice to oscar@omacmodels.com. OMAC may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMAC disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. OMAC's total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amounts, if any, paid by you to OMAC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
