Talent Profile Data: information you provide as part of a talent application or profile, including photographs, videos, résumés, biographies, measurements (height, weight, sizes), skills, experience, union status, languages, availability, and portfolio or reel links.
Work-Authorization Attestations: statements you provide regarding your authorization to work in the United States.
Communications: messages you send us, including inquiries, support requests, self-tape submissions, and correspondence with our team.
Usage Data and Cookies: information about how you use our Services, including device information, browser type, pages visited, and interactions. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand usage.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide representation and talent management services; prepare and send submissions of talent materials to casting directors, production companies, and clients; coordinate auditions, bookings, and engagements; process payments and commissions; communicate with you about opportunities, your account, and our Services; and improve, secure, and operate our platform.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as follows: (a) with casting directors, production companies, and clients, when you apply, are submitted, or are pitched for a role or project — your talent profile materials are shared for the purpose of considering you for engagement; (b) with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing, hosting, and communications tools; (c) when required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We never sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. Talent profile materials are retained while you are represented by or applying to OMAC; you may request deletion as described below.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing oscar@omacmodels.com. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our Services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. Minors may only use the Services through a parent or legal guardian, who must provide and manage the minor's information on their behalf.
